Privacy at VantageHub.

This notice explains what personal data VantageHub processes, why we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices and rights available to you.

Who is responsible

VantageHub is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, contact the VantageHub team through the E-commerce Builders Discord community.

Data we process

Account and access

Your Discord identifier, username, display name, avatar, email address and the access information needed to verify membership and keep you signed in.

Applications

The name, email address, optional Discord handle and monthly-revenue range you submit through the application form.

Product usage

Pages and features used, pseudonymous session identifiers, filter usage, performance measurements and errors. We avoid storing raw search text in analytics events.

Security and operations

Hashed network identifiers, device or session identifiers, approximate country, browser information and request activity used to protect accounts and diagnose reliability problems.

Why we use it

To provide the service, verify access and maintain your account.
To review applications and contact people about requested VantageHub access.
To understand feature usage and improve product performance and usability.
To prevent abuse, protect member accounts and investigate technical failures.

Depending on the processing, we rely on providing the service you requested, our legitimate interests in operating and securing VantageHub, legal obligations, or your consent. Optional Clarity analytics cookies are used only when you allow them.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage keeps sign-in, security and interface preferences working. VantageHub also uses limited first-party product analytics to understand reliability and feature usage, and Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: until you allow cookies it only receives cookieless, aggregated pings, and advertising features stay off.

On signed-in product pages, you can allow Microsoft Clarity to help us understand clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session behavior. Form inputs are masked. If you decline analytics, VantageHub does not load Clarity or send it session activity. Advertising storage is always denied by VantageHub.

If allowed, Clarity may set first-party analytics cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Microsoft documents its cookies, processing and retention in the Clarity cookie documentation and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Service providers

We use service providers to run VantageHub, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Discord for account sign-in and membership verification, Vercel and content-delivery providers for hosting, and Microsoft Clarity for optional experience analytics. They process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.

Retention and security

We keep account, application, operational and analytics data only while it is needed for the purposes above, to resolve disputes, or to meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and whether your account remains active. Clarity retains playback recordings for 30 days and click and heatmap data for up to nine months. We use access controls, private database policies, pseudonymous identifiers and hashing to reduce risk, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time using the controls above without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this notice

We may update this page as VantageHub or its providers change. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice if a change materially affects your rights or choices.
